Workplace on the Edge explores violence in the workplace and the natural psychological outcome – trauma.
Our targeted audience is employers, trainers and institutions looking for video programs that offer solutions to a critical issue affecting employers and employees alike.
In the same way that sexual harassment was once dismissed as “just the way men and women interact,” bullying or intimidation is often dismissed as “just part of the job,” or a “management style.”
Through dramatic first person recreations of real-life events the series will analyze the impact of violent events on employees and on the work environment. Each film will offer positive solutions that provide concrete examples for employees associations, unions, trainers, and employers to emulate.
